Features

• Canvas API: Procedurally renders the rounded question box above the head and three large rounded answer buttons below the face, including playful colors and small UI animations.
• Face Events: Detects when a face is found/lost to start/stop the quiz UI.
• Text On Screen: Centered feedback text that switches between “Correct!” and “Try Again!” and animates in/out.
• Sprite Manager: Displays the Canvas-rendered UI texture as a screen-space sprite and allows hit-testing for taps against the three answer buttons.
• Sparkles: Green sparkles effect used as success feedback when the answer is correct.
• Text On Screen: Top title text: “Brain Speed Test 🧠⚡” in a bold, playful style.
• Touch Events: Captures taps to select one of the three answer buttons.
